Six months ago, Lance and I first imagined the possibility of this trip. With
him applying to grad schools, we brainstormed, planned and saved. On Friday nights we’d ask ourselves, Olive Garden now or dinner in Greece later? We always chose later.

Now here we are, living the dream. It’s not dinner in Greece, but lunch in Germany suits me just fine.
